Only what you explicitly say yes to. By default, every project is read and draft only — it can read your inbox and write drafts, but can't send or delete without you confirming each time. Sending, archiving and modifying are separate permissions you switch on after kickoff. Deleting is never an option. Everything lives in your accounts; we host none of your data.
The system is built so the worst it can do is draft something you don't like. Every draft is reviewable before sending; nothing destructive happens automatically. If something more serious goes wrong — a configuration error, unexpected behaviour — that's what the support window is for.
No — that's the whole point. The environment arrives configured; you open your tools the way you always do and the work is just done. You get a 60-minute walkthrough and a one-page reference card. Most clients are using it daily by day three.
No catch. Prices are fixed — half on signature, half on handover. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprise extras. If we underestimated the work, that's on us. Anything bespoke is quoted to scope before you commit.
Most run over Anthropic's Model Context Protocol: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack and Xero as standard — plus HubSpot, Stripe, Airtable, custom CRMs and internal APIs. Each integration uses the smallest scope needed.
You own everything in your project folder — voice samples, memory files, configuration, every draft. It lives on your disk. We retain no client business content. UK clients can request a Data Processing Agreement.
