01 — Services

Five disciplines,
one partnership.

Most agencies sell one thing. Revolve is a complete technical practice — designing and building the AI systems, websites, and tooling that ambitious businesses need to run better.
01 / AI Systems

AI systems & operations

End-to-end AI systems built around your real workflows — document processing pipelines, intelligent dashboards, custom GPT integrations, knowledge bases. Designed for production, not demos.

02 / Agents

AI agents & automation

Custom AI agents that handle real work — phone bots, email responders, booking systems, internal copilots. Built to your processes, not generic templates.

03 / Web

Websites & digital presence

Fast, modern, on-brand websites engineered for conversion — not bloated builders. Built clean, hosted properly, owned by you forever.

04 / Strategy

Technical strategy & advisory

Strategic guidance for businesses deploying AI and modern tooling. From one-off AI strategy reviews to ongoing fractional CTO relationships — board-ready output, real accountability, no consultant theatre.

05 / Documents

Pitch decks & documentation

Investor decks, technical white papers, internal documentation, sales collateral. Built with the same design discipline we bring to websites — clear, considered, and engineered to move the reader to action.

02 — Process

Three steps.
No surprises.

Engagements run on a predictable rhythm. You always know what's happening, what's next, and what it costs.
i

Discover

A short paid discovery engagement — usually a week. We map your current operations, identify the highest-leverage interventions, and produce a written brief with scoped recommendations.

Typical: 5–7 days
ii

Design & build

We deliver against the brief on a fixed scope and fixed price. Weekly check-ins, mid-engagement review, and a working version of whatever we're building from week one.

Typical: 2–8 weeks
iii

Operate & iterate

Most clients move into a monthly retainer once the initial build ships — for ongoing improvements, support, and the next thing on the roadmap. Cancel any time.

Ongoing: monthly
03 — Who we work with

Built for ambitious SMEs.

Revolve partners with established UK small and medium businesses that have outgrown their tooling but aren't quite ready for an in-house technical team.

We work best with founders and owners who value clarity over jargon, durable systems over short-term hacks, and partnership over vendor relationships.

— Ideal partners
  • Established UK SMEs, typically 5–50 staff
  • Service businesses, professional practices, or operational companies
  • Founder-led or owner-operated — we work with decision-makers
  • Ready to invest in proper systems, not patch-up jobs
  • Looking for a technical partner, not a temporary contractor
04 — Approach

A practice, not
an agency.

Three to five clients at a time. Senior attention from week one. No account managers, no offshore handoffs, no slide-deck consultants.

3–5 Active clients
100% Senior delivery
Fixed Scope & price
Yours All assets

Revolve is a founder-led technical practice — built to give ambitious UK businesses the kind of senior, hands-on engineering attention that's usually only available inside larger organisations.

Most of our work is AI systems: end-to-end pipelines that ingest your real-world data, apply intelligent processing, and surface the right output to the right person at the right moment. Alongside that we ship websites, AI agents, operational tooling and pitch decks — whatever the business actually needs.

Engagements are deliberately small and selective. We work with three to five clients at any one time so every project gets proper attention. That means saying no to work that doesn't fit — but it also means the work we take on actually gets done well.

The practice is built on a few simple commitments: plain English, fixed scope and price, and full ownership of everything we ship back to the client. No platform lock-in, no mystery invoices, no buzzwords.

05 — Principles

How we actually work.

Six operating principles that shape every engagement — the things we say yes to, and the things we don't.
— 01

Plain English, always

If we can't explain what we're building and why, we shouldn't be building it. No jargon, no buzzwords, no “AI-powered synergy”.

— 02

You own everything

Code, designs, domains, accounts — all yours from day one. We hand over real assets, not platform lock-in.

— 03

Fixed scope, fixed price

Every engagement starts with a written brief and a fixed quote. No mystery invoices, no scope creep, no “just one more thing”.

— 04

Durable over flashy

We build for what's stable, not what's trending. The systems we ship are designed to last three years, not three months.

— 05

Senior attention

Every email, every call, every line of code comes from the same person you hired. No juniors, no handoffs, no slide-deck consultants.

— 06

Honest advice

Sometimes the answer is “you don't need this.” We'd rather lose the project than build something that won't work for you.

06 — Start a conversation

Tell us about
your business.

Discovery calls are free, no-obligation, and limited to thirty minutes. We'll talk about your operations, where the friction is, and whether a Revolve engagement makes sense.

— What happens next

We'll reply within one working day to confirm the call, send a brief pre-call note, and have a thirty-minute conversation about your operations. No pitch, no follow-up emails unless you ask for them.
